A 49-year-old patient with gastric bypass experiences complications from an anastomotic leak and stent issues. The stent, which could not be removed, has migrated and is causing problems. Fluoroscopy is used to assess the situation, revealing potential healing but also concerns for future complications. Ultimately, no additional stent is needed, and the patient is cleared for discharge after a successful intervention.
