For all course the following is required as setup for GIEQs.com

The setup is currently manual , this should make it faster, in time it should be increasingly automatic

what constitutes a paid asset / program / sessions etc should be one click and also to create the learning objectives

  • Create paid asset
  • Create programme
  • Create sessions
  • Create session item x 1 to allow saving of videos
  • Create blank wordpress file using TEMPLATE (see below and duplicating)
  • Link the wordpress blog to the paid asset
  • Create Slido (https://app.sli.do/), login xxxx
    • Add Slido to the administration panel using this TYPE OF link https://app.sli.do/event/1iSZzgoX9DNfZdcKMFAu2i 
    • Get that link from the Slido dashboard in integrations, application
  • Create a Zoom link using template
    • Add the link to the GIEQs dashboard
  • Create a Vimeo event (we are using the same one repeatedly)
    • So paste this link into the GIEQs admin dashboard

  • Add Vimeo Link to Zoom
    • open the meeting in Zoom
    • in Zoom Client programme no change in settings required on the web
    • Click 3 dots in right on bottom bar
    • Then Live on Custom Streaming Service
    • Enter these details
    • url

    • stream key

    • www.gieqs.com (or actual course link)
    • About Zoom
    • You can change the meeting or webinar video layout to determine how participants watching on Facebook view your livestream.
    • Speaker view: Only the speaker’s video will appear on the video window. If there are multiple speakers, the video window will switch between the speakers’ videos.
    • Gallery view: Any participant on Zoom will appear as a thumbnail display in a grid pattern if their video is on. If any participant’s video is off, they will not show up for participants watching on Facebook.
      Note: We recommend using Gallery view if there are multiple speakers with their video on.
    • When screen sharing, the shared content appears in the large video window, and the speaker’s video appears as a thumbnail if their video is on. If the speaker’s video is off, only the shared content can be viewed by participants on Facebook.
